Our dishes are crafted with love, using wholesome ingredients sourced from the high-altitude regions of Skardu and Baltistan (up to 14,000 feet above sea level). Our menu showcases nutritious, gluten-free options like Himalayan Buckwheat, Millet, and locally-sourced herbs like Seabuckthorn. Indulge in our nourishing soup made with organic buckwheat groats slow-cooked overnight in rich veal stock, infused with aromatic Himalayan herbs and mixed with a colorful medley of vegetables. (Approx: 350 gms)

Hearty noodle soup made with hand-cut noodles from a mix of buckwheat and wheat flour. The dish is slow-cooked overnight in a flavorful chicken stock infused with Himalayan herbs, seabuckthorn (also known as Himalayan Gold) and boneless chicken. (Approx 350 gms)

SoupShoop Skardu at Farmers Market, Islamabad

Recently at Farmers Market, Islamabad,  "SoupShoop" put up a stall and offered soups and cuisine with Himalayan/Baltistani recipes. 
Main and base ingredients being organic Himalayan Buckwheat and Millet, cultivated at colder and high altitudes of Baltistan, soups were included mutton and veal stock, mixed vegetables and mushrooms. 

The soups, buckwheat noodles and Parapo, a Tibetan/Baltistani with buckwheat dumplings in Walnut-Apricot kernel-Green sauce were well received at the venue.
